Return Policy

FIT-RELIEF devices and attachments can be returned within 30-days of purchase, and FIT-RELIEF  Primers & Skin Care can be returned within 15-days. Refreshed FIT-RELIEF  devices and attachments are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded unless received damaged. All Gift Cards are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

If you received your product damaged during shipping, please save the damaged box and product(s) and initiate a return.

We are only able to issue refunds for FIT-RELIEF  products purchased directly from www.FITRELIEF.com. If purchased from another retailer, please contact them directly for information on their return policy.

Please retain your proof of purchase, as it is required for all refunds and returns. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

Do I have to pay anything to Return the Fit Relief Device?

You will need to send us back your product , we do not provide return shipping label. 

Please note that all returned goods are subject to a 25% restocking fees(fee calculated from the original price of the product).
